Privacy & Terms

At mirlo apps, we believe privacy is a fundamental right, not an option. This privacy policy applies to all mirlo apps applications, both current and future.

1. Data we do NOT collect

To be clear: We do not collect, store, or share your personal data.

• We have no user registration (no emails, no passwords).
• We do not track your GPS location remotely.
• We do not sell data to third parties or advertisers.
• We do not share information with third-party advertising or analytics companies.

2. Data stored on your device

All information you generate within the app (check-ins, favorite places, photos, settings, and preferences) is stored locally on your iPhone/iPad. We, as developers, do not have access to that data.

3. iCloud Sync (Optional)

Some of our applications offer optional syncing with iCloud. If you enable this feature, your data will be securely stored in your private iCloud account. This synchronization is managed directly by Apple, and we do not have access to your information.

Other applications work exclusively on your device (offline mode) and do not send data to the cloud.

4. App Permissions

Our applications may request access to certain features of your device to operate correctly:

• Camera: To take photos of your check-ins. Photos are saved only on your device.
• Photos: To select images from your gallery and save photos taken in the app.
• Location: To suggest nearby places when you create a check-in. We do not track your location in the background.

All these permissions are optional, and you can revoke them at any time from iOS Settings.

5. In-App Purchases

Some of our applications offer Premium features via in-app purchases or subscriptions, handled completely by Apple. We do not store or process payment information.

Other applications are completely free, with no subscriptions or in-app purchases.

6. Anonymous Analytics

We may use Apple's standard metrics (App Analytics), which are completely anonymous and aggregated (e.g., "app crashed 3 times today" or "there are 10 downloads from Spain"). This helps us fix errors and improve the app without knowing who you are.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy occasionally. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new policy in the app and on our website. Continued use of the app after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
