How do I import medical documents from other apps?
Open any PDF or photo in iOS, tap the system Share button, and select My Health Keeper (via the ImportHealthDocument extension). The document is saved directly into your local vault ready for on-device OCR.
How can I change the AI provider?
In the AI chat tab, tap the model selector pill at the top of the conversation view to switch between Apple Intelligence (100% on-device in iOS 26+), Google Gemini 3.8 Flash, and Groq.
Why does the app request Apple Health (HealthKit) permissions?
To compute your internal physiological load score by reading heart rate variability (HRV), resting heart rate, and active calories. HealthKit access is strictly optional and can be toggled at any time in iOS Settings.
How do medication reminders work?
Alerts are delivered as native local notifications on your device according to your intake intervals (daily, alternate days, weekly, or custom). Ensure local notification permissions are allowed in iOS Settings.
